Privacy Policy
This policy covers both the All Kings Fall game app and the website at allkingsfallgame.com.
Both are operated by SERO Interactive, LLC, 5 Worth Circle, Suite 4, Johnson City, TN 37601. Questions about anything below go to privacy@serointeractive.com.
The short version
You can play without giving us anything. We don't run ads, we don't use advertising trackers, we don't use tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your information with data brokers. Our analytics are our own — no third-party analytics company receives your data. The only personal detail we ask for is an email address, and only if you want to keep your account when you change phones.

Part 1 — The game app
What we collect
When you first play. The app creates an account for you automatically. We generate an account number and a display name. At this point we don't know who you are.
If you choose to give it. An email address, used to recover your account and move it to a new device. You can play indefinitely without providing one. If you create a custom display name, we store that too.
While you play. Your matches, the moves in them, your results, and which players you've played against. Your block list. Any reports you file and any reports filed about you, including the name or content being reported.
Automatically. Your device model, operating system version, and app version. Crash and error diagnostics. Your IP address, which appears in our server logs and is used to prevent abuse. If you turn on notifications, a push token from Apple.
Your display name history. We keep a record of your previous display names. It isn't shown to other players. It exists so that our moderators can act on reports.
What we don't collect
No location data. No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access. No advertising identifiers. No payment card details — purchases go through Apple, and all we receive is confirmation that a purchase happened and what it unlocked.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising software. Usage measurement is built by us and sent only to our own servers. We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not share your information with data brokers.
What other players can see
Your display name and your match results with them. That's it. Your email address is never visible to other players. Choose a display name accordingly, and remember that a name you pick is visible to strangers.
Why we collect it
To run the game and match you with opponents. To send you a notification when it's your turn, if you asked for that. To keep your account working when you switch devices. To investigate reports and enforce our rules. To find and fix crashes, and to understand which parts of the game people use.
How long we keep it
Account and match data for as long as your account exists. Server logs including IP addresses for 90 days. Moderation records, including reports and display name history, for 2 years, because repeat behavior is the thing moderation needs to see.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app, under Settings. This removes your account, your email address if you gave us one, and your display name. Your moves remain in your opponents' match histories, since those matches are their data too, but they are no longer connected to you.
Records we are required to keep for legal or anti-abuse reasons may be retained for the periods above.
Part 2 — The website
What we collect
Your email address, if you sign up for the beta. That's the only thing we ask you for.
Basic usage measurement: pages visited, referring site, rough geographic region, browser and device type. This is our own software, not a third-party analytics service.
Server logs, including IP addresses, kept for 90 days.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies the site sets are strictly necessary for it to function.
What we do with your email
We use it to tell you when a beta wave opens, to send you your TestFlight invitation, and to let you know about the game's progress and launch. Nothing else.
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the providers listed below.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list, and we delete your address within 30 days unless you've asked us to keep your place in a beta wave.
TestFlight and Discord
Once you accept a TestFlight invitation, TestFlight is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Apple will share your email address and your testing activity with us as the developer.
Our Discord server runs on Discord's platform and is governed by Discord's privacy policy and terms, not this one. Joining it is optional and is not required to play.

Who we share it with
Our hosting and infrastructure providers, and our email service provider, each of which stores or processes data on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes. Apple, for purchases, push notification delivery, and TestFlight. Law enforcement, where we are legally required to respond to a valid request.
Nobody else. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email privacy@serointeractive.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Age
All Kings Fall is rated 13+ and is not intended for children under 13, and neither is this website. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects what we collect or what we do with it, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect and post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
